The Elite Intensive Plus formula combines the advantages of the Intensive Spanish lessons with Spanish one-to-one tuition. The Spanish student therefore benefits from tailored Spanish training adapted to individual requirements and needs. An ideal option for Spanish for specific and professional purposes in the shortest time possible.

Student Residence

Independence in a friendly and multicultural atmosphere

The clic ih residence halls are located in the heart of the historical and commercial centres of Seville and Cadiz and within walking distance of the schools.

Seville has three residence halls: El Rinconcillo, Segovias and Infantes. Each residence contains single or double rooms shared between six to fifteen students. They are fully equipped, self-catering and include a kitchen, a large living room and all necessary equipment.

The residence hall in Cadiz is an old building recently renovated, with modern equipment and furniture. It can house about 15 students: 3 double or triple rooms, 4 double rooms and 1 individual room. Includes half board. Full board also available.

Student life, the Spanish way

Shared flats are offered to CLIC International House by members of the local population who are eager to share their apartment with our students. As per homestay, this accommodation is carefully selected on a variety of criteria. This option gives you complete freedom and gives you access to all facilities, kitchen, bathroom, etc. This formula is an excellent solution for those looking for independence, but who still wish to practise Spanish at home.

Homestay

Spanish Family

For those who want to immerse in everyday Spanish life and tradition, and enjoy family atmosphere
and meals

The families which host clic International House students are selected on several criteria: location,
quality of the lodging, furniture, equipment and food. Families are also selected on the basis of their
hospitality and positive feedback from students. This option is available as half-board or breakfast. Weekly
laundry and cleaning is included. Although you will have your own keys to come and go as you
please, you will have to respect some rules and schedules, especially for mealtimes. Some higher
standard rooms with private bathroom are available on request with a surcharge of 20%.

HS Apartments

High Standard Apartments (Seville)

Total independence with a touch of class

Entirely furnished and fully-equipped apartments in Seville’s centre (about an 8 minute walk from clic) with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room.
The historic mansion Santa Ana (which previously housed clic) is situated on a peaceful street and has been completely renovated and modernised, with an elevator installed. We have integrated architectural elements from the original building (ceramic tiles, floor tiles, etc) as a “nostalgic reminder” to blend with the contemporary style. The apartments are luminous, bright, tastefully furnished and have air-conditioning, heating, TV and an oven. The communal roof terrace and patios offer a pleasant environment for relaxing outdoors. Wireless internet is also available throughout the building (at reasonable prices). Calle Santa Ana’s surroundings have changed a lot over the last few years. The Alameda de Hercules is a large promenade for outdoor leisure, surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s one of the fashionable areas for going out. Many of the historic houses around the Alameda have been renovated so as to return to their previous splendour.

This varied programme helps students to fit into their new lifestyle in addition to the language classes they receive. The vast majority of activities are free.
